These hearing aids have really improved my ability to hear. I can make my own adjustments or get professional help setting them up. Great battery life for the aids and the case the aids are stored in. Great value for the price, much better than ones I paid $5k for.
I can't speak bad about these hearing aids. they sounded good, the app was satisfactory. for someone with moderate hearing loss they can't be beat for the price. In my case, I have severe loss in both ears and need a lot of tweaking in order to function. I hated that I needed to send them back.
Lot of feedback from the right ear. It is inconsistent and I'm not sure what triggers it. Still have trouble with understanding TV dialog. TV/ phone setting makes it worse. Helped a lot with normal conversation.
Very happy to find these hearing aides. A little ringing on left hearing aide at first but that went away. I previously had a pair of Phonak hearing aides which cost over double what these did, however, the Blaids hearing aids not only stay in my ears much better, I also can hear much better out of them. Great deal.
These are pricey but they are good over the counter hearing aids. I liked how they fit, I liked the app. I liked the technical information it provided. However the Bluetooth capability fell short, way short. That was one of my biggest reasons for getting these was I wanted Bluetooth connectivity so that I could listen to music and stream and take part in Teams meetings and phone calls at work through my hearing aids. They technically do these things, but not well. They cut in out a lot, I was constantly losing one hearing aid or the other, mostly the left one, if I walked just a short distance away from my phone. But the worst thing was that they don't have the latest Bluetooth technology (BLE) so I could not attend Teams meetings with them at work. That was one of the biggest reasons I wanted them. so I returned them. I have gone with Lexie 3 powered by Bose which perform and sounf much better,, and their Bluetooth supports the latest technologies.
This item did not fit my needs.
could not hear people with low voices
Having problems with the hearing aids and the company will not help you out they have poor customer service been trying to contact them for weeks and no response
Was a total pain to try and allow my father in law. This said moderate to severe but it is more of just moderate. It allowed him the ability to hear some, but still had to yell at him and he kept getting frustrated that he still couldn't hear. Then the hearing aids would squeak loudly when his hand or anything got too close to his ear (like hugging him) and the squeal was so loud, you can hear it on the other side of the house… can't imagine how loud this would have been for him!!
These hearing aids are more than likely sufficient for the amount of hearing loss I have but the return policy of 60 days isn't long enough and they fell to State and their purchase that the protection plan isn't fully refundable and they might say that it's the insurance companies decision, but they're the ones that sell it along with Walmart
