Missing pieces.
This ladder would be cute but it would also be nice if they sent all of the pieces. I was sent this ladder without the screws to assemble it. Highly disappointed. Had to wait awhile for it to arrive so when it did finally arrive I was excited, only to be let down when opening the box to find missing pieces.

Very disappointing!
Cheaply made. There were 3 missing bolts and the packages were in very bad condition. I had to re-enforce the stands so they were stable enough to use. Very disappointed!

Came without screws! Assembler beware.
This ladder is ok, but came with no screws! Assembly would be much easier if it came with all the pieces needed.

Fake, light, cheap wood
Color was not as pictured. Quality of wood is severely bad. Wood is not dense, but porous and light in weight. Chips easily as of termites got to it. If you tighten screws a bit too much, it will strip the wood or crack it. $60 not worth for cheap quality.

Screws where missing. Couldn't get a hold anyone to let them know. Had to go buy my own screws. Was not happy about it!!!!
