Delicious
Best corned beef i ever cooked! Lean without being dry. Nice, flat even size (so it cooked evenly) with no shrinkage. I was a little worried as it wasn’t a brand I was familiar with (not unusual since moving from NYC to Tucson) but it made for a perfect St. Patrick’s day dinner. Highly recommended

Superb quality and taste corn beef
Wow , I was super impressed with how this is seasoned . They really pulled out all the stops and put all the seasonings in with the beef which is perfect because I can just pop it in a crockpot and go ! I let this cook on low all day long and it was exceptionally flavorful and just melted in your mouth ! Great quality!

Delicious!
I cooked this in my pressure cooker for dinner one night and it was absolutely delicious! I was trying to buy it again at Walmart but it is sold out. I'm hoping it'll be restocked next time I go grocery shopping.

Smelly Meat.
Had a fishy, unpleasant smell when I cooked it after getting it delivered to my home. I love corned beef, but this just wasn't up to par.

Properly cooked yet still leather.
Properly cooked yet still leather. Not to mention too salty, even for corned beef. Avoid this brand like the plague. I had several of these, and all but 1 were simply unusable, inedible, tough and nasty tasting. I've cooked corned beef many times, even in a slow cooker this never would tender up. There are other similar priced brands out there with good quality briskets. These guys need to be more selective. These would work great as ballistic tank armor in war torn battlefields. Just avoid.

did not taste good
smelled funny when opened the package. seasoning was inmeded into the meat because its not in a plastic pouch anymore. flavoring was way off. Ill stick with Smith's for now on!

The worst con beef brisket ever!!!
This brisket was the worst ever. I've been cooking corn beef brisket for over 45 years and I never had one that was so tough and dry like beef jerky. I will never buy this brand again.

Worst corned beef we've ever had
The meat was so tough and disgusting. We cook corned beef a few times per year, cut it against the grain but it was so tough we couldn't chew it.
