Just installed. Defiantly exceeds my expectations for $60. Resolution is good, sounds great with factory speakers. I couldn't be happier!

eazy installation great power and sound

This is a pretty nice unit with more capabilities than I'm going to use.

I bought this for my 2006 Subaru Forester on Aug. 6, 2017 and had it installed a few days later. I love it. Everything to install this on my particular vehicle is included in the kit, no additional parts needed. The sound is great, no need to upgrade my stock speakers. This is an all around solid product.

After a local audio shop quoted me $400 just for adding an aux port to my Hummer H2's Stock system, I knew there had to be a better solution. The H2 has 8 Bose speakers, and this powers all of them beautifully. The audio quality on my 24 bit flac files is great, and the DVD feature sure is nice for passengers during road trips. Thanks to the major wattage this thing puts out, including sub woofer and flac support, this is a dream for an audio file.

Not the best product. It's kind of clunky to operate. The only pro was it came with a external bluetooth mic which helped with my hands free call quality.

BlauPunkt has lost all of it's quality. I've purchased and installed three of these Receivers in two different vehicles. All three have had the same issues. 1. There is static in the right rear speaker when the vehicles lights are turned on. 2. The backlight dims when the lights are turned on, but then periodically returns to full brightness. This is very bad when driving at night. 3. Radio reception is absolutely the worst of any radio I have ever installed. 4. Periodically there is a random pop/crack heard in the left rear speaker. 5. The clock gains approximately 3-4 minutes per week and has to be reset to the current time. 6. In English, August is spelled incorrectly.

to start the remote works when it wants to and even then only works parts of it the sound adjustments are a joke the rca jacks go on and off its junk

This is the second unit, I bought the first unit from another seller on another website. The unit starts up good and sounds great but after a little while at a little over half volume the unit shuts down and restarts. If you turn the volume down to a third it stays on, but if you have off road tires you can not hear the radio at that volume. The unit I just recieved today and installed does the exact same thing, I did research and could not find anyone who has had this problem. Will try dealing with Blaupunkt directly the first retailer told me I will have to send it back to them to repair if they can figure out what is wrong with it
