Blazing Needles 18-inch Footstool Cushion Small

I thought it was for the foot stool not just cushion had no place to use just cushion returned

It is my foot stool cushion. I love my foot stool & my new cushion. It is a little darker than our couch but that is not a problem at all, it is just sooooooo much better than the first one I ordered in sage that was what I call puke green that was horrible next to my couch, which was NO ONES fault, i was just shooting in the dark with the pics you have on your site. however, if it had been a throw pillow it would have been great. I had a great experience with hayneedle. I had no problem returning the first one & getting my refund. I will definitely order again & recommend you to my friends & family.

It's a beautiful cushion just as I envisioned. One problem: there should be ties on the botton side to tie to the footstool. As it is now, it comes off all the time. I'll need to purchase some thing to attach to the cushion. It would have been nice if the ties were included already.

I thought I was ordering round cushions like in the picture you provided. They aren't round.

I was expecting to purchase BOTH a cushion and the rattan footstool. I was disappointed to receive only the cushion. I returned the cushion as I needed to have a footstool to put it on. I searched your website, but could not find the footstool pictured in your advertisement. I am also very disappointed that I had to pay $9.00 for return shipping. Will keep that in mind the next time I want to order something.

Expected this to be round and fit the ottoman. It looks like it was made for a chair and more square, so doesn't fit the ottoman well. Quality is so so in terms of workmanship/stitching. Not as dense a stuffing as I expected given it's purpose and cost. Gave it a 2 because it was the perfect navy blue I needed and had a hard time finding elsewhere.

i received the wrong item, and it was ugly, very ugly! i will be returning it. i never ordered that style. it was the cushion, only, for a footstool. sewn wrong, too. where is the stand for the thing?

The ad was very misleading. I thought it was the entire footstool, not just the cushion. You should show the cushion only. I was very disappointed when it arrived.

October 25, 2020 Beware, you are only getting a cushion and not a footstool! The photo is extremely misleading and shows a cushioned footstool. You will only get a cushion and wait weeks for it to arrive. No cushion is worth 30 bucks! BRM.

The product description and picture reflects as 'Emerald' green. What I received is not at all what is pictured and is more like a sea foam green. Moreover, when I asked to return it, Hayneedle told me shipping costs would be double what I paid to receive it. Misleading product description, bad return policy equals very poor customer experience.
