I love the mesh. Its very breathable and comfortable. However, this hammock is rated for people 375 pounds or less as is. O got it home, set it up and as soon as I sat down it fell under me. I am 200 pounds. After looking at the end that came undone, I discovered that the rope ends arent even tied at all. They are wrapped twice and then have a smaller rope holding it together with the design. There is no way that the tension from the smaller rope would ever hold anyone over 50 pounds. It gets two stars because I was able to used the extra rope to create a proper tie on both ends and use the hammock, but that is very poor craftsmanship.

Save your money. I didn't expect much considering the low price but it ripped in half the 1st time my child sat on it! He was so disappointed. He wanted to have a hammock for his boy scouts campout and this one was all he could get in time within our budget. Bummer! Save your money and get something you can at least use once, sheesh! Not even worth the trouble trying to get a refund even if I was still in the window of time to do so. The old adage stings me again "you get what you pay for". apparently, I paid for more junk to add to a landfill some extremely poor country in the world. I feel awful just thinking about it.

the loop that attaches the hammock broke and I returned it. the hammock itself is nice. i like the mesh material and would be nice and cool on a hot day. the print design is nice also. the attachment loop could easily be retied but i didn't want to make the effort to thread the rope back through the sleeve on the end.
