Works better than Clinique Take the Day Off and is in a plastic free tin (that I plan to reuse). I don't need a second cleanse to remove the balm. Rinses clean and my skin feels moisturized (not tight).

excellent gentle cleansing balm. gets all of the makeup off and it literally does break it down like the makeup is just melting away. i also love the endlessly recyclable packaging.

Gentle double cleanser, emulsified and easy to rinse off. My skin looks so fresh and clean after washing.

Melts makeup quickly and is more affordable than other balms available.

Really removes makeup well

At first I hated this balm. Smells like candle wax and feels like it too. Leaves a residue on your face afterwards so a double cleanse is a must. But I think the trick to getting this to work it's best is to rub in on yours hands for like 15 seconds and let it completely melt before applying it to your face. It left less residue afterwards and the smell and texture felt better as well! That being said it takes me a full 3 minutes to wash my face with this balm. Between melting it in my hands, rubbing it in and then rinsing it out takes forever. To me that's a long time so not great if you're in a rush. Especially if you have to wash your face again because of the residue. Overall it's ok.. I'll definitely finish it but with all the great balms out there.. I won't be buying this one again.

Not sure about this. It came dented and has an odd smell. I thought it would have been a little bigger. I usually love bliss products and was hoping for a good smell on this. It performs ok. With that said I'll finish using this but order my usual Heimish cleansing balm next.

I typical use versed cleansing balm, but wanted to give bliss a try. Unfortunately, the product is greasy and left a film on my skin that seemed to never wash away.

it took off makeup and had no scent. which was great. but there is definitely a film. you have to use a regular cleanser after. otherwise awesome.

Used it maybe twice to remove makeup. It's hard to rinse off, and i noticed red little bumps around my eyes where i used it. Maybe I didnt double cleanse properly, but still was not fun.
