Best customer service I have ever experienced in a long time! Ordered a 36” window box planter with tray. The box arrived a day early but unfortunately the tray was missing. Contacted CS and received a reply in less than 15 minutes. They immediately sent out a tray which arrived within 3 days. All items were in perfect condition. Quality product at a very reasonable price. Kudos to the Customer Service department!

Great strong potting container! I use it for indoor herbs. Sits nicely in the window area. I'd recommend, its NOT junk, but nice.

One out of the 21 planters came cracked, damaged and unusable. I'd like a replacement as soon as possible. If the items were packaged properly, I'm they'd all be fine. The planters were just thrown in a box and shipped. No protection. Exposing everything inside to damage. I like the planters but wouldn't recommend this company or way of shopping when no thought is given to the packaging of their products. I replied to a review prior to this request explaining the damage, but never received a response. I would appreciate an acknowledgement and a resolution to this issue.

Perfect size, exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately it was not well packaged for shipping and I received it cracked with pieces of plastic missing.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Overstock lists this item as a "set of two window boxes with classic look" but ships only one. When requested to ship the other, it REFUSES, offering only a refund, indicating that it is its prerogative to change the listing at any time if they deem the verbiage to be a "listing error". So if you order 4 sets of green window boxes in good faith based on the offer in the listing (as I did) for your 8 windows, pay for them and await shipping, you will be disappointed because you will only receive four and an arrogant, superior attitude from the representatives at Overstock. As a lawyer, I know that consumer protection laws are in effect to prevent this kind of bait and switch. I also understand that people and businesses make mistakes, and that while they must honor the offers they make and the contracts they have entered into, they may also take actions to change their offering for future sales. In this case, that is exactly what they should have done. Instead, they failed in 96 hours to respond to Walmart's request to them for resolution and when connected to the purchaser, refused on three separate occasions (separate customer (dis)service agents) to ship the other four boxes unless I paid again.
