I didn't like how you substituted one version for another. this should be stressed that even if the listing says one thing if there is something remotely similar, you'll end up getting that other thing.

You tried to rip me off again. Last time, you showed me name brand items, and replaced them with far inferior knock-off items. This time, you showed a case of items for a set price, with the individual price listed as well, charged me the per case price, but only sent me one of the items. I would like to know what can be done to make this right.

The seller lied about what you thought you'd purchase. They made it appear that you'd be purchasing a box of 12; but, you only received 1 box. Definitely fraudulent on their part.

Scammer.
This seller is a scammer. They sell the product making it look like they are selling a whole case, then only ship one item. You can see where it says 12.50 then under it says 1.39 ea.
