I love the concept of not having to buy dye every time I want to touch up. It faded within 3 washes on my white hair patches and made that part much lighter than the rest. I also think the different densities of the liquid cause the pump to disperse them in different amounts. For example, after a few uses, it would pump about 6 times of dye only and not the activating, clear liquid. So I started pumping it into a cup and mixing it there before applying.

Terrible
I've never used such a damaging, yet ineffective dye. It for sure does something because my hair is now noticeably damaged, but my roots did not change one bit.
