My husband has blood sugar issues and if he has any heavy carbs he gets terrible headaches from his blood sugar rising. He will take one of these before eating anything like that and it helps control his blood sugar and keeps him from feeling miserable the rest of the day.

Great product!
I have been struggling with blood sugar balance since I started going through peri menopause. I have sugar cravings despite eating healthy and getting protein and healthy fats with each meal. This product actually helped me with these sugar cravings! I love that there is natural ingredients without fillers, artificial colors or flavors.

Good basic GDA product
The product is neasy to take since it's in pill form. You can take 1 serving a day with your largest carb meal or 1 serving with each meal. This allows you to get maximum value from the product of you're only eating 1 large ca b meal a day.

I enjoy this product for many health benefits, but this is also a good choice for your liver, and since I have NAFLD it's great!
