First off, if you take blood sugar medication like Metformin, do heed the warning about taking these. They will make toy feel like your blood sugar dropped. Other than that, they really didn't make any noticeable difference in energy or muscle cramps. These pills are "horse pill" size, so if you have trouble swallowing pills, you will have issues with these.
