happy kid but the outer casing was busted
this item was a gift for my son and I did not open the box until the day before to wrap it unfortunately we found that the horns on the top of it had broken off and of course that did not give me time to try and get a replacement.

Overall, the item itself is fine. I've bought them before and they are good. However, this one was broken when it arrived. Not broken during shipping but broken before it was even packaged. For the price they are, better attention to details like it being broken should be a given because it was extremely obvious it was broken. It was intended as a gift which made it even worse. No communication, no apologies, no refund or anything just a broken overpriced toy. Save yourself the hassle and get it a little cheaper on Amazon and you will very likely have a much better experience.
