I love this Blu Ray player. I made the mistake of purchasing a cheap dvd player since it was just going into a bedroom. Big mistake. I ordered this player on a great sale and so glad I did. What a difference. Quality remote (the other was a cheap thing that I had to break just to get the batteries in. ) this Blu Ray DVD planer is compact and quality. The cords are obviously quality compared to my other purchase ( which was just a dvd player on sale) love and learn. The picture is awesome with this blu ray ! The price was a big seller for my budget. it was easy install and since I am 70 that's important to me.
I needed a Blu-ray player that had audio outputs I could connect to a wireless headphone stand. This one fit the bill with both RCA stereo output plus a coax audio output. The advertisement picture shows a 3.5 mm plug, but that plug is not included, nor does the player have a 3.5 mm jack. One cannot plug headphones directly into this player. My wireless headphone base connects using audio outs, so I did not need a 3.5 mm jack. If one is just connecting to a TV, then the included HDMI is all that is needed for picture and sound. Excellent picture quality even with DVDs, as it upscales to picture to 1080.
I had been looking for a blu-ray player that I could attach to my sound system and older tv. This player is great and easy to use.It was also very economical. I have a large collection of dvd's %26 blu-ray dics that now I can enjoy with my surround sound system.
This is the first Blu-Ray I have ever bought. I have always had just a DVD player due to both price and compatibility with TV Ears (I use the TV Ears late night so I can watch TV with the sound turned off - doesn't keep my husband awake - I have two audio cables so I can switch back and forth from DirecTV to the Blu-Ray player). The Faltopu Blu-Ray player came with both HTML cable (required for TV connection) and RCA cables (I didn't use these, but since it came with them, I knew the player had the audio connection ports on the back for the TV Ears). It took me a total of about 5 minutes to swap the new Faltopu Blu-Ray player for the DVD player that had died. Just unplugged one and plugged in the other. Turned it on, and put in my first DVD. WORKS GREAT! Great picture, great sound, easy to use, and the TV Ears works perfectly with it. We are really looking forward to watching our first Blu-Ray disc.
Plays all my DVD's and so far haven't had any issues with different regions… (haven't on purpose purchased a non-USA video… however there are a few movies that I want which are no longer available in the States…) Will say that it is louder than my last DVD player so if that is an issue for you, get a different brand.
I needed a BluRay DVD player for my legacy DVDs and photo CDs. This player is small form factor with good quality output. It was quick and easy to set up and use. The remote is small with small buttons and works fine. I was not in the mood to spend $$$ to play yesterday's media.
I had high hopes for this machine. It's small so it fits perfectly in front of my tv. But the remote has to be used for everything because the buttons on the device don't work. So if I lose the remote, I wouldn't be able to use the player. Also, the sound fades in and out.. very annoying. It also stops in the middle of the movie and when reset, it goes back to the beginning.
Gave this as a Christmas gift. The person receiving it didnt use it right away, but reports its always having issues, perhaps due to manufacturing location or? I gives varying errors: sound - picture- format etc. regardless of input connection or type of device. Super finicky product. The blue ray feature does not and never worked at all. They did note they found an older TV that the DVD works with.
Piece of crap , instruction booklet is like made by one person when you started up. They want you to donate money to an email account. Do you not recommend to anyone? And if I still had the box and everything I would return it, but I do cannot cause.I bought it too long ago
with the few blue ray and dvd disks i have tried to use this on the voices and sound are out of sync so when you watch a movie its like a badly dubbed film from the 50's of 60's and it sounds like crap its so bad i an going too trash this unit and have to get another one. its a waste of money
