phone is rediculous. it gets stuck on the tracphone display and I have to literally take the battery out and put it back in to get it to work. and my phone service goes off and I have to get in touch with my provider to get it back. crappiest phone I ever purchased

Enjoying my phone
Got the phone the sim card wasn't activateable so I had to buy a new one other than that phone works and it's now activated with simple mobile I will get it unlocked once I'm with simple mobile long enough

Old phone shows its age.
It's got a strong battery life and good basic functions (i.e., it would work well as a phone), however it's extremely slow and glitches out a LOT.

I give this phone 1 star because: 1. Doesn't have the latest technology 2. Is too slow

the phone itself is overall good. My issue is the phone has become stuck on headphone jack mode and nothing is fixing it. not sure if the phone has this issue or is it a glitch from the refurbishing bur definitely ruins my opinion.
