Moving away from pans containing forever chemical non stick has been a joy with the blue diamond cookware. The eight inch is perfect for the one person who wants their eggs sunny side up, or a single grilled cheese. It might have been more cost effective to purchase the entire set. I purchased my skillets one at a time, and found I really missed the eight inch. The design of the set handles makes them easy to manage and they are comfortably lighter than cast iron. Flipping out that perfectly golden grilled sandwich is a breeze. I'm considering adding another just to expand my breakfast service:)

I bought this primarily for making breakfast -- eggs do not stick. My stainless steel pan was a pain to clean after cooking omelets and I didn't want a non-stick pan with potentially toxic coating. This 8" one is perfect for making omelets, a quick grilled cheese sandwich, or other small meals for one or two busy people who appreciate an effortless cleanup afterward.

This skillet is my favorite for scrambled eggs or grilled cheese sandwich. It's the perfect size and it cleans up easily, very easily. It also heats up quickly and evenly. I'm a happy customer

This is the 3rd skillet of this size that I've purchased over the years. I LOVE this line of pans - nothing sticks, you can use metal tools, and the clean-up is a breeze!

Love the no stick surface with none of the toxic materials that we know there are many of. Easy to clean and perfect size for a quick egg or two.

I purchased this skillet after looking at many different options. The purpose of this skillet is singular. I cook six scrambled eggs every day and I do not use it for any other purpose.. After only a short period of time using a silicone spatula as the only utensil that ever touches this skillet, we are now beginning to have the eggs stick when cooking. This is unexpected and undesirable. There are no visible scratches in the surface yet the skillet has started to stick.

What a joke! Since it was on sale at $19.99,I bought one of these for myself and one for my sister. First thing both of us did was fry an egg for breakfast. Everything stuck to the pan and it was inedible! What a mess… That's false advertising!
