It's a necessary evil to ensure cross contamination doesn't take place and make it safe for those whose bodies don't tolerate gluten. So … Let's talk about the product Blue Diamond has created. This yellow cake mix is amazing! The texture fluffs up perfectly. The flavor is amazing and taste wise it didn't feel like other ‘cardboardy' tasting gluten free mixes. It's super yummy overall. I've even found ways to substitute into new products by adding this mix, a little GF flour, and yellow corn flour to make this mix turn into the BEST gluten free cornbread muffins. This is another 5 ⭐️ product by Blue Diamond. I hope someday they'll figure out how to make the wasabi and soy flavored almonds Gluten Free as well!

This cake mix is amazing .. it is moist and easy to mix! I made my sister a coconut cake and a buttercream cake her birthday and took it in the restaurant and my guests couldn't get enough! Even the staff at the restaurant were asking for a piece!

Best tasting gluten-free mix ever!! Taste is excellent and fewest good ingredients. A little expensive, but taste is worth it once a month.

This is an update to my previous review. First mistake I made: I didn't see the print on the box that says you need two boxes to make the picture on the cover. The mix only makes one layer. Okay for a snack cake. Second mistake I mixed with a mixer like I usually do with cake mixes. Suggestions: Stir the eggs before adding to mix. Add wet ingredients to the mix. Use a spoon and stir gently just to mix. Shop around to find the best price for the cake mix, otherwise it is still too expensive.

First off I didn't realize it takes 2 boxes to make a normal size cake. At the price these cost that's insane. In the world of gf cakes I've had much better cakes for half that price. This seemed to me like it was more of a heavier cornbread type texture and flavor than cake.
