Blue Diamond Almonds are a daily staple for me for their protein, health benefits and crunch flavor. They are consistently fresh and flavorful. I've bought Blue Diamond for years because they're reliable, good quality and offer the bulk size at a competitive price.

Great value for 40oz.
What I like about these almonds is they're not too salty. I use them for my oatmeal every morning or a snack. This size for the money is a great value.

No better way to achieve healthy digestive system.
Almonds are the most effective natural laxative I have found and I'm old as dirt. I also limit salt in my cooking but that can cause low sodium in my labs so the lightly salted almonds serves a dual purpose. I highly recommend the Blue Diamond brand. The store brand(s) are good but I've always found the Blue Diamond brand overall quality better so I spend a bit more to get that quality.
