The other amazing nutrients for the same one serving of an ounce are 50% Vitamin E (7.2 mg) and 15% Magnesium (75 mg). I like the smaller snack size nuts because they are easier to chew. Another plus is that these almonds are grown and packed in California. I am trying to eat better. So, when I feel peckish, I include a handful of these nuts in my snacking.
