Blue Diamond Toxin-Free Ceramic Non-Stick Cookware Set, 4-Piece

I was looking for a replacement pan and finally found a good size with a lid. Great heat distribution and consistency, non stick. Great size to cook for my family and friends quickly. I'll definitely look at blue diamond pans for future replacements.

I've owned lots of cheap non stick pans and finally bought several Blue Diamond frying pans and saute pans and I am not disappointed. I can already tell you that after two months use that if you use them as per instructions they are going to last a very long time.

This set is great! You don't need oil for basic sautéing. If anything sticks you add a bit of water. Make sure to wash with mild soap and dry immediately. Do not use olive oil in this pan to avoid oxidation. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

The greatest test of any pan is whether or not eggs stick! I have tried scrambled and fried, and every time, the eggs released easily. I have only owned the pan for a few weeks so I can't speak to the longevity and durability of the non-stick surface. The pan comes with very detailed directions on how to care for the non-stick surface and I plan to follow them--having a VERY non-stick pan is going to be worth the extra attention. The pan is lightweight, which is an advantage if you live with kids/teens/elderly who like to cook. I don't fully understand why it came with a 'spider' (handheld strainer). A pan-safe spatula would have been more useful. I like the steamer tray, which I have used to steam dumplings, but it would be great for veggies or fish, too. I rarely write reviews but this Set is a must for any cook/chef. I used this set one time to make an entire meal and immediately ordered sets for my sons for Christmas. It's a nice deep pan and the steamer tray is great. On the BD website the set is $20 more.

The first thing I wanted to try in my new pan was stir-fry. Boy-oh-boy what a difference this pan made. The ingredients didn't stick to the pan and I felt like a professional cooker. I've used this pan to perfectly fry chicken and can't wait to use it for many more meals! It heats up quickly and evenly & the nonstick coating is fantastic and so easy to clean. I am so thrilled that it is also made without harmful materials and is completely toxin-free. While the pan looks good, its non stick feature is bogus. It cleans up well, but everything I've attempted to cook in the pan I purchased from the Prescott, AZ Walmart sticks to the cooking surface. I will not purchase another Blue Diamond pan. Hopefully, your experience is better than mine. I suggest finding a better product.
