Blue Gift Walmart Gift Card

its 2026 walmart. i ordered a $50 gift card from you guys and got two that i assume are $25 each. yes thats $50 but the one i got from kroger just two weeks was 1 for $50 clearly stamped on the one card! its hard enough to keep up with gift cards but now mom will have to keep up with 2 ! sorely dissapointed. will get from kroger henceforth.

i order 8 gift cards and they all came together and none, i mean none of them came marked with the amount on the cards and they were different amounts. Walmart needs to change this!!! i had to call to verify all the cards. bad practice there Walmart.

It was easy to order but very disappointed that the gift card came without a sleeve. Just the card. No where to write the amount the recipient, nothing. So with the convenience I now have a new task of finding a gift card holder or going to Walmart for a sleeve. Please send with sleeves. That is pretty standard now

I order gift cards to give out as incentives to employees. I order them all the time. I ordered 19 twenty-five-dollar gift cards. When the package came, I had 1 card for a total of 475.00!!! I went to the store to get 19 gift cards and use the card to pay for them. NO can do!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now i's stuck with this stupid gift card that I can't use!!!!!!!!!! BE CAREFUL getting gift cards! Walmart is worried about being scammed that they are messing up their customers!!!

It was delivered to the wrong address. Fortunately, we could tell where it was incorrectly delivered from the delivered picture we received, and we were able to retrieve it before the wrong recipient got it. This was a $200 gift card! It's a good thing that we were able to correct your mistake. I frequently have issues with Walmart deliveries - they are often "lost"/delayed.

There was no credit to the card at all. Zero, nada, nothing. So as a gift when my 90 year old mother went to use it, there was no no no money on the card. She had to leave HER groceries at the store because of this. I talked with customer service and I wanted some confirmation that they will credit my card back the money due to the fact it takes 7 to 10 days. At least to give me some assurance that Walmart is aware and is taking action. They repesentative, said she couldn't do that. What.... If Walmart has issues with these gift cards and according to many on line posts, there is a lot of problems with these cards, they need to stop issuing them. PERIOD. I have to wait 7 to 10 days for this to be credited back to my account just to be sure that Walmart has corrected their messup . And now I have to find another way to get money back to my mom with my funds to compenstate for their error. I will never never purchase an gift card from them again. And will try to not purchase anything from walmart again.

I ordered a $200 gift card to be delivered to my house. FedEx came this morning and delivered the card. I always check the balance of the card before I go to a store. I pulled up the Walmart gift card app and keyed in the card numbers, and the app told me that there was only $35 on this new card. I called the customer service number, and they looked at my card number and my Walmart order number and told me that there was definitely $200 on the card. we went to a Walmart gas station and was only able to spend $35. after that, the Walmart gift card was denied. and your representative just told me that there was $200 on there, and that is what I ordered. so something is wrong. my Walmart gift card got loaded incorrectly. I'll called customer service again for the second time. I gave the lady my card number and the corresponding Walmart order number. and she told me that the card number I gave her does not match the Walmart order number. so there is a mistake somewhere. because the card number I gave her is the one that got delivered by FedEx this morning

My gift cards were stolen (2 x $50) and when I contacted support within 24 hours of delivery they said I was out of luck because it was stolen and already used by them. They eventually told me to bring it up with my bank, but since I did order the gift cards I could not dispute the charge. Please help me.

This item was not delivered to me. It was marked as delivered, but the proof photo was the exact same one as the package (larger item) that was left the day before. I contacted Walmart, and the staff was friendly, but the issue was not resolved. I'm awaiting a response from the second inquiry I just sent
