Blue Jay Overdoor Shoulder Pulley With Door Strap

This is working great for my wife's recovery from arm surgery. The way to shorten the cord was confusing but I figured it out. This is not for strength training where you intend to pull with a lot of strength. It is more for rehabilitation use and toning.

Just what we needed. Very happy. Arrived earlier than expected. So all good.

Its length is easily adjustable and the tube doesn't require much strength to pull as one of my shoulder has been injured. The shortcoming is the small ball meant to be flipped over the top a door before closing the door and excercice. Because it's so tiny and weightless, I'll have to manually place it where it should be while struggling to close the door. And it's been difficult for a 5' tall.

I could not attach it to doorway. It was of no use to me that way.
