Household staple! Per my dermatologist, we switched all sunscreen to mineral. It occasionally leaves a white cast around my hair line but that is a small price to pay to prevent burns %26 protect my skin. In Florida we only remembered to reapply every 3-4 hours with the same brand aerosol spray %26 none of burnt but still had golden tans. The lid turns blue when it is exposed to UV light which is a great reminder even on overcast days. I shared with multiple families at the beach that were suffering from burns.

This product hardly smells. I am a truck driver and I have rosacea so I need to wear sunscreen daily. This product goes on white and disappears when rubbed into the skin. There is barely a smell and it seems to moisturize very well. A little greasy for about ten minutes then it absorbed well. I am allergic to most sunscreens but this product was fantastic for my fair and irritable complexion.

Great product! I burn very easily but I used this on a summer vacation where I was outside in the sun daily and I didn't burn once. When I felt like I was starting to burn after several hours I would reapply and it was very soothing because it contains aloe.

As someone who is very fair skinned, and has a child who's the same, I love this sun screen! Neither of us have burned while wearing this, which has happened before on other brands. And even though it may be more expensive than some other brands I feel good about using this brand knowing our skin will be safe and protected.

Yes, it's absolutely going to leave you with a white cast, but that's better than a sunburn. I'm using retinol at night so I absolutely have to put sunscreen on my face every few hours during the daytime when I'm working outside. I have layered it three times and was able to get it off without any acne using the double cleansing method. did not sting my eyes and did not run when I sweat. I have not tried it going swimming or anything.

My daughter has sensitive skin and breaks out in rashes with most sunscreen. Blue Lizard is the one sunscreen that her skin will tolerate without irritation. The sunscreen goes on smooth and blends well without making her look like a ghost. It offers good protection and I will continue to purchase.

A bit pricey compared to some other brands, but the quality justifies the price. This brand is often recommended by our dermatologist. We used this during a week long trip in the south Florida sun, no burns! It will burn your eyes if you put it on your face and then get wet, so beware.

I don't really know how good it is because I still get tan but how can you really tell how good it is? I only use it because my dermatologist told me to get one with Zink and recommended this. It's pretty expensive. Triple the price of great value brand. But it doesn't have some of the garbage chemicals that are supposed to mess with you.

I bought this because our family was going snorkeling and I wanted something that was safe for the reef. Also, my daughter has sensitive skin so I bought the “sensitive” version. Unfortunately, she still broke out in a rash that lasted for days and made her very uncomfortable for half of the trip. I should have spot tested it, but incorrect assumed that because it was for sensitive skin it should be fine. Also, we only snorkeled for the 80 mins it says it works for and my back still burned. The rest of my family was okay, but they were wearing swim shirts, so that explains that. Fortunately, it wasn't a terrible burn, but it did hurt for a few days.

There's a reason you can't see the ingredients until you have it in hand. This has all the chemicals the other sunscreens have that I was hoping to get away from. Do not recommend if you're looking for natural or organic sunscreen. I had this in a delivery order and will not be using it.
