Amazing Scent, Quick Start for fire!
This wood is amazing! Not only does it smell incredible, it works so quickly! When I got the package from my front door, I smelled something so nice, already coming from the box! I was so excited when I thought about how I had ordered these! I quickly opened the box and it was this wonderful aroma that filled my living room. I opened the bag and added them to a small bin. My husband came home and loved the smell. It is perfect and natural and light. We love using these because you really do only need one or two to get the fire started. I will always use these!

Fatwood is good :)
This is, IMO, the best Fatwood on the market. Each piece is larger than competing brands so it is easier to make scrapings and feather sticks with them. Scrapings, shavings and feather sticks will light easily with fire-steel sparks and they burn HOT. The Duraflame Fatwood is also good, smaller pieces and are best suited to light in whole sticks for catching logs in a fireplace. You really need a lighter for those. For hiking/camping, Blue Rhino wins with a minimal skill set :)

Not all fatwood is equal. This stuff is the best, and I've used hundreds of pounds over the years.
