The ladder is amazing. The directions are absolutely terrible. You will be better off just looking at the pictures.

It is wobbly. Should be wider at the bottom or have stability legs that go out at the bottom of the ladder both inside and outside of the pool.

It was delivered with oil on the box and the boxes ripped.I'm not sure if there's parts missing, so i'm going to return it.

unstable piece of garbage. i can't believe this is allowed to be sold. i would not let anybody especially children use this crap. not only is the item garbage, it was delivered with the box opened and all of the inner packing opened as well. i have the FedEx delivery photo as proof. this appears to be somebody's returned item. this comes as no surprise considering this is crap. it's being returned asap. i would not recommend this product to my worst enemy.

So many missing parts. Have to return.
Came with missing parts. Only three of the four support rails, only one of two outside removable step rail, only four of eight step treads. I stopped checking other parts from the parts list once I saw I didn't even have these items.

Bought this ladder to replace the one that came with our pool after a few years thinking it looked more stable than the old one. I bought off season to made sure it would be in stock when we needed it. Didn't think I would be stuck with a worthless ladder. It is so unstable that we had to go back to using the old one. Now I'm not only out the money but don't know what to do with it. Don't buy!!!!!!!

This is Not sturdy or secure my son put it together and my seven year old greatgrand daughter was getting in the pool,and the ladder tipped she fell off and hurt her arm I would like to return it I don't recommend this ladder

It was hard to assemble and it was not sturdy at all it wobbled dispite everything being all tighten very tight. No support at all.
