We recently moved and had to leave the built in pool we had. Ordered this pool and are very pleased and satisfied. We received it very fast and set up was a bit difficult but seems very sturdy when said and done. we enjoy it very much as well as our kids.

Instructions are very poor and with little detail liner included.

Initial delivery date was missed, rescheduled date was missed, finally after sitting 50 miles from our home for days, the company tried to deliver the pool. Pool was not delivered but sent back to Walmart for a refund as a replacement during the time we waited for delivery was set up, filled and warm. Walmart reps placed the blame on the logistics company, logistics company said it was all Walmart. First Walmart rep said she had initiated a refund but that was a lie, this was not the first and there were many to come. It took over a month and many, many calls which only got me more lies, before I finally got a rep who escalated the call to a supervisor, who allowed me to speak to a manager. It was only at this time did things begin rolling and after hours of investing and wasting my time and energy I finally received a refund for the pool that never left the semi truck's trailer nor set not even an inch on to my property. First experience of this kind with Walmart. Huge disappointment and frustration and the fact that I had to fight and beg to speak to a supervisor and then a manager was the last straw for me. Walmart reps and a supervisor told me it was my responsibility to reach out to the delivery company and get the status updated so Walmart could see it from their side to move forward. I was unaware Walmart had put me on their payroll? Never have I experienced anything like this with Walmart but it definitely has changed my opinion of the company. Needless to say, pool was never received and after fighting with the company for over a month, I would not recommend purchasing anything large like this unless you have ample amount of time to wait for the item and also if you refuse or return the order have a great deal of patience and time to work and get a refund.

This would be a great pool for the price, if it weren't for the liner, it is very difficult to get in ,even with 4 adults who were following the instructions. We had to take it down and start again, losing the water that had been added. The liner twisted in a whirlpool looking motion and bunched in the end. Very dissatisfied with the final look we had to settle for. Liner seemed to almost be to large for the frame.
