WORKS WHEN IT WANTS TO
When this cleaner works, it's the best I ever had - BUT..... it often just stops working for no reason - then sometimes a little jiggle will help it come alive again, but other times more adjustments are needed. Annoying that , but when it works, it's fabulous!

Not a vacuum or cleaner!!
All this did was move the debris from the bottom of the pool around! It stated that it picked up small twigs and leaves, it did nothing but move stuff around. Very disappointed! Returned it w/in 2 days.

wasn't sure how many lengths of vacuum hose
no information of how to figure how many vacuum length are need for like a 15 ft pool. poor instructions. it would not cover the full bottom of the pool. I guess it was wasted money like usual, you get what you pay for. Disappointed

Just stirs up dirt
After reading the reviews I was skeptical. Our pool was round so I felt it was worth a shot. Arrived quickly. Very easy to set up and install. First day I couldn't get it to do anything except go around the outside edge of the pool. Second day it did slightly better, went to the middle a couple times, but mostly just kept to the outside wall. Did great getting around my steps. I decided to get in the pool and "guide" it around. After multiple attempts of placing it in the line of dirt, it just stirred the dirt into the water and kept going. Never seemed to actually suck up debris. Being late in the season I only tried it those 3 times before returning it. I'm definitely still in the market for an auto cleaner, but it isn't this one!

Check for pool skimmer
Bought the vacuum and pool from Walmart. Happy with the pool but the vacuum needs a pool skimmer and this pool had none. Never got the chance to see if it worked. Had to go to Pinch a Penny to get a catfish vacuum. It worked great. Walmart was out of them.

I used this product for 1 hour and didn't do anything so it was boxed back up and straight back to the store
