All parts were there and the fit was an exact replacement for our original ladder.
This is the perfect ladder for an above ground pool with a deck around it. It's nice quality and it is so sturdy - does not float up, move or wobble at all. I have a 54"" pool and it fits just fine. Very happy with it.
great ladder. arrived in excellent condition far quicker than I planned. easy to assemble and install.
perfect, I wish it slanted a bit, its straight up and down, very happy with it fits perfectly in deck and very sturdy not flimsey
This ladder fit into the previous ladder's spot perfectly. Didn't have to install new brackets. Maybe there is a standard size for these? The reason I bought this ladder was I wanted a stronger one than the last one I had which was made from plastic with aluminum arms. The aluminum arms collapsed where you tighten the mounting bolt brackets and the plastic upper part of the ladder cracked where the aluminum arms were inserted. I was hoping this ladder would solve both problems, but it only solved the problem of the plastic cracking. The mounting bolts still tend to collapse the arm as they are tightened, therefore I only gave this ladder four stars.
Just had this in the water for 2 months now and The sides are already rusting where the water level is. And also rusting around the bottom where it sits in the pivot balls. Steps are very slippery. Not happy with purchase. Wish I could send back for a refund!
Horrible!!! I received the ladder and the pivot balls were missing. They couldn't just send me the missing parts, you have to return the complete product in order to get a replacement. The bends in the ladder are not the same. While I was chatting with one of the representatives, she ended up removing herself from the chat while I was responding. This has been a disaster from the beginning. Buyers beware.
The ladder rails came covered in oil/grease which made assembly very difficult, some of the stairs were crooked, the aluminum flanges didn't come with any screws to put into the deck, but were packaged with the bolts for the ladder so all the coating is chipped and flaked off... They also don't disclose that the ladder requires you to drill holes through your deck to get it to fit... and it is too tall for our pool so we had to cut the legs shorter to even use it.... not worth it unless you like a challenge. I'm still covered in grease/oil and very aggravated with the poor quality. Also the stairs don't look 24" wide, very narrow.
