I have a 32 x 16 oval and the matching size fit perfect. After 8 hours of it on, with the sun shining, I pulled the cover back and the top foot of water was like bath water! We stirred it up by swimming and after 24 hours it went up 2 degrees. I think that's pretty good for 25000 gallons of water. It helps to run the filter at night and let it sit during the day. Because it floats and it's light, it isn't too hard to get it on and off by yourself but 2 sets of hands makes quick work of the job. It's a large sheet of plastic so it makes a huge heap so have an idea of where you want to put it while you swim. I personally wouldn't put it in the grass or dirt bc I wouldn't want to put debris in the pool. If you have a deck it will take a large section of it if you don't take the time to fold it up nice. It's worth the money.

I'm not one for cold water swimming so this cover is great! I put it on right after we filled the new pool and it has been at least 10* warmer! I put it back on at night to keep the warm in and it works well enough for me to swim early mornings!

I purchased this blanket a several weeks ago and it has been keeping our pool warm ever since.

We bought one of these covers three years ago and it was perfect doing its job of heating up the pool and keeping the evaporation down. The sun is so hard on everything so we needed a new one and of course, Walmart is my "go to" store for everything! Love it, would recommend it to anyone and have encouraged my son to get one for his pool as well.

The cover arrived quickly, was well-wrapped and protected. I unrolled it and spread it over the pool. Following instructions, I left it alone for a day and trimmed off the excess. Perfect fit! Water loss due to evaporation has been reduced dramatically. Although this particular cover is illustrated in use on an above-ground pool, I'm using it on an in-ground pool and that seems to make no difference. My 16 x 32 pool is not perfectly rectangular. If yours is, you might find you have gaps at the corners.

The cover is about what I expected, but came pre-trimmed to the oval shape. We usually get rectangular covers for our oval pool. We leave the corners on to use as anchors in storms, etc. The cover is of good to fair quality, but took almost 3 weeks to arrive.

If you are looking for a solar blanket that is no more than 8 mils thick than this will work. The description did not state but I took a chance. I would have rated it higher but it also did not include the white solar blanket cover to reflect the sun when it is rolled up which means you need to spend "more" money to protect your investment. Guess you get what you pay for sometimes.

The cover works to prevent debris however it does not aid in warming the water. To the contrary, the water was colder with the cover on than with the cover left off. Tested this - On Monday it was 90 degrees, cover was on all day until 4pm - pool was cold. On Tuesday it was again 90 degrees, we removed the cover all day at 4pm the pool was very much warmer, mild cool. We plan to return this item as soon as possible. The item is a blue tinted bubble wrap type product, size is nice, fits well, floats, but does not warm the water.

This pool cover is cheap material and very thin.would not recommend this cover to anyone
