Blue Yeti Nano Premium USB Microphone (Shadow Gray)

Don't let the price make you think this is bad. This is a bargain of a microphone. The sound quality, the sensitivity, the range are amazing. It is so good that I'm buying another one for my podcast.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first opened it the design is beautiful, it's heavy and seems well made. The stand is sturdy allowing the cable to pass through the microphone can be tilted in the stand and holds its position. I linked it up to Abelton live with no issues, Plug and play found the mic and headphone port which is a handy feature. Changing between cardioid and omidirectional is done by pressing a button which makes it easy and obvious which mode it is in. Cardioid is great for voiceover and while Omidirectional works well for recording a group.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Being an online gaming and YouTube using guy I have made great use of this premium USB microphone, it really does have impeccable sound quality, and looks very stylish. It works well with my laptop and gaming pc, its plug and play ready and features no-latency headphone output and easy to use controls for the headphone volume, mic mute and pickup pattern. I would definitely recommend for any gamers or broadcasters.

About a year ago, I pick up one of these BlueYeti Nano from JB Hi-Fi. I use it on a daily basis in my WFH setup for Zoom and Teams calls. The build quality is quite solid. The audio quality is good enough and more than sufficient for Teams/Zoom calls (I don't record music or other high fidelity audio). To take full advantage of the mic, you will need to use the Logitech G Hub software > BlueVoice - my favourite is the Broadcaster 2 preset.

This is for the Blue Yeti Nano. Likes: simple to use. Just plug it in. Connect your headphones to bottom of Nano. Dislikes: The product description is deceptive. It reads as if it is a standard, not the Nano. Read the fine print. needs pop guard and shock mount.
