I read about this brand of calcium with D multiple times via fitness magazines and supplement ranking articles. After taking it for 2 weeks I am satisfied with it. For calcium, it is hard to judge effectiveness, so a lot of the effect is mental. With the good brand reputation and product rating, I will likely purchase again.

Finished this bottle. I took 2 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon, which were 750mg per day. Love this for not a heavy dose, plus it contains vitamin D3, which helps to absorb calcium. you don't have to take the recommended dose of 4 caps each day if you don't have any health issues and have a rather balanced diet.

Was recommended to take this by my doctor. Was not finding elsewhere- glad to find it here! Tablets are on the large size, but they are smooth and ends tapered so very manageable to swallow. No coating, so be sure to have plenty to drink when taking.

As I know I'm getting older (aren't we all) I know I need to take more calcium to help with bone density. I take 4 of these a day (recommended dose). They are a bit hard to swallow with how big they are, but I manage and it keeps me healthy. I normally take these spread out throughout the day as it can be challenging to take all four at once. I like that it is combined with D3 to ensure that proper uptake is happening.

I have osteoporosis and have been advised to take calcium citrate. Since I have multiple sensitivities, I wanted to find a product without a lot of fillers. This is a quality product that contains elemental calcium which is what I am looking for in a calcium product. I have not had any problems swallowing the tablets. I will continue to purchase this product as long as it's made.

I am impressed at the selection and price of Bluebonnet supplements. I was looking for a calcium tablet that was not as large as ones given to horses. These are rounded across the ends, which makes them easier to swallow. Most of us gals need to be taking a calcium citrate product, and a bonus is that this one contains Vitamin D3, which is essential for the absorption of calcium.

The quantity of calcium and vitamin D in the tablets was exactly what I was looking for. Not a common dosage. Fact it was Calcium citrate made it even better. Wish the tablets were smaller but seems all Calcium tablets are big. They have large rounded ends.
