This B-complex has a variety of B vitamins needed during the aging process. B-12 was not enough vitamin B's to cover deficiencies with the aging process. I prefer capsules and the least amount of additional ingredients and this product cover it all.

I was looking for a lower dose B complex without yeast or gluten. This one fits the bill and I feel a nice bump of energy when I take it.

I used both types of b-complex and I think that coenzyme is better absorbed and used by the body then the regular version.

It seems like a great quality and a good dosage. I don't feel the effect as strong as some other b-complexes, even with a slightly lower dosage.

So far I can't completely tell a difference in my health. But this brand seems pretty good quality
