I have been using this product for a while and feel like I am getting the benefit from it. I take 4 times per week. I chose this after seeing it very highly rated on a trusted supplement review site that Mayo clinic uses. My only "complaint" is that the discount codes never work for this, but I purchase anyway.

I've been using these for many years now. They taste good, and are very easy to take. I was completely plant based for 10 years and took one of these per week to avoid definitely. They're very high dose , so one per week is enough for those who aren't deficient. I'm now eating a little meat, but will continue to take these, as I believe meat consumption alone will not provide enough b12 for anyone.

For years I had b12 deficiency, which wasn't solved despite trying different supplements. The doctor prescribed me a monthly injection of b12 for the rest of my life. I decided to try this product, and it has been a miracle. My b12 levels raised a lot, and I have never have deficiency again (it has been already a few years since I discovered this product).

I love Bluebonnet brand because I like chewables vs swallowing pills. This is an excellent form of B12 to take. The flavor is pretty sweet, but I'd rather take these than try to swallow pills since I can't unless they are tiny and coated.

Tastes good, no aftertaste. I feel better and less tired like I have more energy when I take two per day. Quality ingredients containing the much better methylcobalamin instead of the cyan. which if you research you won't want to put in your body.

Being we are vegan at our house, supplementing every day with B12 is most important… This is the one we use, and have used for years and are very happy with it… Love the quality and fair pricing…

These are so delicious! I have to stop myself from eating them like candy. It's a yummy way to get 5,000 mcg of B12 in a day.

Its a fair product, but nothing special either. I require some because my diet is lacking B12. I have used many different B12's before and this one seems to work ok too. From blood testing i can tell that it does raise B12 levels in the body considerably. Dont even need to take it daily. With this size, once or twice a week is enough to keep my blood levels high. The taste is ok, but i could do without it too. I dont notice any positive effects from supplementing, i take it just to be sure i dont go deficient.
