I began having difficulty swallowing pills after an illness. So I switched to the liquid form for all my vitamins and minerals. Even keeping a dissolvable tablet under my tongue became intolerable to me. So I tried this and was pleasantly surprised by the taste and ease of use. I will use it again.

Great Vitamin!
Best Vitamin B-12, with great flavor. It is a little pricy, but difficult to find the liquid one, so I am glad Swanson Health sells it.

Shipping sucks
This item is good. The bad part is that the sender can't deliver on time and was late!!! They need to get their shipping delivery s corrected before they promise you a delivery date and can't deliver
