Bluebonnet was one of the only brands of magnesium glycinate that had 100 mg. in each individual capsule. This is good as i only have to take 100mg. a day. Also. it is made in the USA. i.e. Texas. Many brands are gummies which i do not like. I recommend these supplements. Good price.

Even though it was lower in price, it is still high I went through it pretty quickly. It seemed like it was working but healing from foot surgery and neuropathy. I recommend this highly if you can afford it..

Carbs too high. Berberine too low. My getting
My getting a product I don't like was my fault. I didn't read all the fine print. I needed a product that delivered much more barer rain per serving.
