I love the vegetable based capsules! And that it's chelated for better absorption!

These seem to work well but dosage is 4 pills. I cannot take 4 pills in a row unfortunately.

Didn't meet the expectations I had for this. I still have to stay on Researched Nutritionals Core Minerals to alleviate my leg cramps.
