Very good absorption without side effect
I use the product to supplement my good calcium intake from food. Since I eat to feel only satisfied and give that feeling time to develop, I believe that I am not getting the calcium necessary to help mediate my mild tendency for bleeding. Although the pills are more than medium-sized, I had no problem taking them with water. I am using them at lower doses given the preliminary research regarding heart attack risk from higher doses of calcium, and my MD is fine with that.
