Firstly I chose this Magnesium because of higherquality than others, I prefer Bluebonnet. When I read its composition its ingredients are enough for me. It has high quality benefits for my age. Its sizes is easy to swallow and the package was good and taste was ok. I will recommend this to my parents.

I stopped eating this magnesium for a while. It is said that magnesium has a cycle rather than continuously eating it, and after two to three months of stopping taking magnesium, the body starts to swell again and repurchases it. The swelling of the body is disappearing.

With food sensitivities ever prevalent, I find Bluebonnet very accommodating with no allergens in its ingredients. It's very beneficial in dealing with bone deficiencies & osteoporosis. Though large in form, the caplets go down easily with a little maple syrup. About 1000 to 1500 of calcium combined with less magnesium is a reasonable amount to take, half in the morning and a half at night. The dark glass container keeps the caplets fresh. I recommend this supplement for calcium needs especially for those allergic to dairy.

The product came well packaged, I searched for a very long time to find chelated calcium/magnesium and iHerb had it! It is not difficult to take them, not overly huge like so many calcium tablets. It is a great product and I plan to purchase this again.

Benefit is combination of calcium with magnesium - support bone health, mood, immunity, blood sugar control, and sleep quality. Glass package pretty big. Taste is not pleasant if you cheawy the tablets ) I am taking it in the secont part of day with K2. That product making me sleep better and in general feeling better.

I chose this product because it seems to be one of the few that contains chelated calcium and magnesium, which is said to absorb better. Some other products say chelated, while they contain a different form of the calcium, which is not chelated. I have only started using this product, so I wouldn't be able to review its quality.

I was disappointed to see the size of the tablet because I don't especially like ones that are large, however I am not having a problem swallowing them. I like the calcium and magnesium combo. I believe I will continue to use and repurchase this item.

I don't know if it works or not, despite it has a very good composition, (this is why I chose) but I had stomach pain for few minutes after take this pills. The pill's size actually is big and some people may don't like about it. I finished the bottle and changed for another brand and I am not having stomach pain anymore.
