Perfect product composition for my needs from what seems to be a quality brand. Good dosage of Vitamin A as beta-carotene + C&E at appropriate dosages to round out my Vitamin supplementation alongside B-Complex and D3 supplements. Also a bonus that Selenium is included, won't need to continue buying Selenium separately.

I was using the product before getting pregnant and felt good while using, and my blood tests were good enough too. As too many supplements together are not that effective (in my opinion) using partially this and partially other supplements were enough for me to feel how they are workable.

I had only one bottle and after that I fell like a have new life.My blood results are perfect now.

I love it for the mornings when before I eat breakfast and also you can take it before meals the taste is not too strong. The quality of the ingredients are great. I also like that it good for digestion and on top of that it has so many benefits for skin and gut health also perfect to reduce sugar spikes and good for metabolism.

My doctor recommended this to help with a chronic condition. To be honest, I really didn't think I would be able to tell a difference; but it actually has helped significantly. Will definitely continue to purchase it.

These vitamins were gentle on the stomach and easy to take. They bottle lasted longer than other brands. It has good ingredients and I would buy it again.

The ingredients combination was good for me and I had done some research and found this brand was one of the highly recommended one. Only problem was the size, it's just too big and I had difficulty to swallow.

Did not feel well after taking these I had to get rid of them unfortunately. The bottle suggests taking 2 and I was only taking one and still had weakness after taking it. It took some trial and error to figure out it was this supplement that was giving me issues, hope this will help someone...
