I have been taking MPX 1000 for about 10 years. I had been having to get up to urinate 3 to 5 times a night. I know this works because a bout 5 years ago I stopped taking MPX 1000 ,stared using a different cheaper brand and I started waking up to go to urinate many times, I started taking the MPX 1000 and I slept all night. It really works
