In my travel bag..
This is one of my fav brands, have tried others but I have confidence in this product. Taking liquid potassium whilst traveling isn't ideal. These capsules are easy to swallow, no nasty tastes, dosage is small so I take quite a few to try to balance hydration. I will repurchase in the future, great for your energy levels, really notice the difference when potassium is low in my body so I tend to not miss my doses. Take it throughout the day with water.

heart basic
I really love Bluebonnet and of coz glass dish supplements. potassium essential for heat and muscle. periodically take with calcium, size is ok no smell.
