From someone who's dealt with chronic constipation for pretty much almost my entire life, I must say this is the best invention after this slice of bread! Today makes the third TMI day that I've had a regular diarrhea bowel movement. I don't know if the three-day period is a discouraging factor. I will endeavor to update my review in a month. For a fact, I must say this is one of the most effective supplements I have ever taken in my life! Its ingredients are “healthy” and safe. The taste is great because it's pretty tasteless. It dissolves almost immediately. It is 100% a must-buy and I will add this to my grocery subscription. I am grateful to the gastroenterologist I came across on Instagram who recommended this in the comment section. I'm glad I read the comments 😃.

I put a scope of this fiber in my coffee and it doesn't affect the flavor. It helps keep me regular without the side effects that some other types of fiber seem to have on me directly. Its gentle and upset the flow.

Our dietitian recommended this and it is much better than Metamucil or any other fiber supplement. It dissolves immediately with no grit or gel. It is tasteless.
