Cautiously Optimistic
I bought these to help with my sinus headaches that were happening much more often. I was taking a lot of ibuprofen for the pain and was worried about taking so much of it so I figured I'd try the Super Quercetin. It took about 2 weeks taking 1 capsule every day for me to notice that it might be helping. My headaches and ibuprofen intake decreased significantly. It seems logical that these capsules are the cause. I just bought a new 2 month supply to continue with this experiment. I'm hopeful that it will continue to help my sinuses. The capsules are not small but I don't have any trouble swallowing. I take with breakfast in the morning and do not have any upset stomach.
