I got this Boron because it was multiple versions of boron so I thought it would be a more effective boron for my bones. This brand was also recommended as one of the top 10 brands for boron. The price point was good too. You need boron to absorb calcium into your bones. When I found this Information out, that's when I did a search for a quality boron product.

I'm taking this primarily for bone density. I understand it also helps maintain/increase oestrogen and testosterone, as well as a host of other benefits. Very good quality ingredients and packaging. Important for healthy bones. Beneficial for some BPH cases. Should be taken in the morning or at least 5 hours before bedtime to avoid interrupted sleep. I frequently take it with D3 + MK-7 & Omega 3 DHA. I highly recommend it!

Quality is always good with Bluebonnet. Ingredients seem fresh, the dosage/potency is well balanced for me. Size is easy to swallow, but the taste and smell of Boron is strong. This is the first time I've tried this brand of boron. I usually use straight up pure Boron glycinate, which honestly I thinks works better. Been using this brand for about a week, it seems to work alright but I think I'll be going back to my normal boron supplement next time.
