I do like this brand, the quality of their products, fresh ingredients as far as I know, appropriate dosage and size, practically not bad taste, and the crystal package is perfect because I do not like plastic containers. Vitamin E holds great benefits for the skin, hair, and joints, and it is an antioxidant without bad effects as far as I know.

Good Vitamin E!
This is a very high quality vitamin E supplement. I prefer the California Gold brand because it doesn't contain soy, but it's out of stock a lot and I order this one instead when I can't get it. These pills are a standard size and easy to swallow.

Best quality - Bluebonnet always does things right. This has the natural form of vitamin E with all of the tocopherols and tocotrienals. This has great preventive health benefits.
