I purchased the Bluebow 4 Pack Chafing Dishes for a family party, and they worked perfectly. The stainless steel finish looks sleek and professional, and they were easy to set up and clean afterward. I like that the set comes complete with lids, food and water pans, and fuel holders, so nothing extra was needed. Great chafing dishes. It holds lot of space for food. It is great for guests coming over so I can have all my food in the large portion for people to get. Very convenient

It is 100% a “You get what you pay for” kind of item. Don’t have high expectations when you buy this. Upon arrival, the box was split, one of the metal frames had mold all over it (likely from wet cardboard sticking to it), and a couple of the food trays were damaged- dented and scratched. I feel like they were shoved in the box so hard that it got dented on the legs at the bottom of the box. And then in shipping it got mashed together more and dented and scratched more. It’s not a tragically damaged situation, but still…it’s frustrating. I’m going to have to still use them because I don’t have time to buy new and it’s still better than aluminum foil trays.

Very flimsy. Not sturdy at all. Screws don’t stay in.

The item was for a large gathering. I did not open the large box until the night before. It looked like all the pieces were there, but after putting everything together, realized it was missing all the water pans or all of the dishes for food. So at the event I was unable to keep the food heated with Sterno cans because you can't use them without the water pans. 4 missing water pans or 4 missing food dishes not sure which because they look about the same in the picture. I didn't have enough time to exchange. Other than that they were nice, just missing the most important piece.

The worst. Very flimsy and made from the worst material. I cut myself three times on the edges pitting the first one together. I took it back apart and started the return process
