It was very easy to use after following instructions and getting the hang of things. The coffee grinding doesn't take so much time each shot takes about 10 seconds. The freshness of grinding coffee to making a nice cup of cappuccino within minutes is very satisfying. Best part the milk cleaning part has a button dedicated to it and it is very easy and simple to clean Overall 10/10 recommend

As someone who has worked as a barista in the past, I can say this machine works great and does exactly what I wanted. The coffee bean hopper has a good capacity, and it grinds smoothly with adjustable coarseness settings. You can manually brew espresso and steam milk to the exact level you prefer, giving you excellent control over your drinks. The milk compartment can also be steam-cleaned while milk is still inside, which is very convenient. The large water tank in the back lasts a long time before needing a refill. All the touch controls are responsive and easy to use, and a quick double tap will stop the current operation. The machine also looks sleek and stylish on the kitchen counter. Removing and reinserting the milk compartment is a bit tricky at first, but you get used to it after a couple of days. Space is a little limited for taller cups. Removing the drip tray gives about 1.25 extra inches of clearance, with a maximum cup height of around 5.5 inches. It likely won't fit most travel tumblers. The Milk frother always has some foam, great for a cappuccino or a latte with light foam. But difficult to get a no-foam latte. The price is roughly one-third of the cost of high-end models but still delivers excellent results. I also purchased a 4-year Allstate protection plan, so I'm covered for the next four years 🙂. Overall, it's a solid and reliable machine that delivers quick quality espresso and cappuccino at home with minimal cleanup afterward.

The perfect espresso every time! I have had 2 other high dollar espresso machines that failed within their first year, but the Bluebow has been working like a champ. It is simple to operate - make aye to read the instructions ! I'd buy this espresso/ coffee maker again

Was spending too much money at Starbucks. Glad I chose this one. It is easy to use, grinds those Starbucks coffee beans and I'm getting perfection just for tapping my choice. It has multiple types of coffees to choose from too. I did buy the warranty too.

This is my first time purchasing an espresso machine, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. Right out of the box, the premium design stood out — it looks fantastic on my kitchen island and really adds to the overall aesthetic. As a beginner, I found it very user-friendly. The built-in grinder is a great addition and grinds coffee beans into a fine powder quickly and efficiently. The milk frother works wonderfully and makes it easy to whip up lattes or cappuccinos with minimal effort.

its easy to use made a good cup of espresso and cappuccino but unfortunately the latte part didn't work and there was water under the machine every time we used it only had it for a little over a week and for the price i want everything to work and not have a puddle of water everytime i use it. if the machine had no issues i would have given it a 5 star

The buttons do not work well. I push and the coffee drips but stops after a few seconds. I have to keep pushing the button several times to get a cup of coffee.

Fairly easy to set up. Bean hopper is tiny and doesn't feed beans consistently resulting in inconsistent grind amounts. Tries pulling shots multiple times and they don't pull completely resulting in a terrible taste and wet mess.

The grains constantly get stuck in the grinder, the volume of powder produced is not standard sometimes excessive and overflows, the temperature is standard at 92°F and there is no option to increase it, heating the cup is very weak. One week used, i really not satisfied
