This is a big step up from the last version. I like that it's basically one touch and everything is built in, so I don't have to mess with a bunch of extra tools. The setup was simple, the grinder works well, and the milk frother makes it easy to make lattes at home. Overall it's convenient and great for daily use, especially when I want coffee without much effort.

What an amazing espresso machine! Super easy to set up. Quick review of instructions and you are all set to make a great morning drink. Looks very sleek on my counter top. Fits just right under my cabinet. Tank is ample volume. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to be their own barista at home!

If you are a coffee fan , this is absolutely the right one to pick . There are so many options for different sizes and options of drinks . It's super easy to use and clean . My espresso comes out tasty and strong as good as the shops sell outside . Find your favorite bean and just put it in . This machine definitely makes my everyday coffee better.

Honestly I was a bit skeptical at first because of the price but this bluebow machine actually makes a really solid latte. The grinder works great and you get a nice crema on the espresso, it took me a few tries to figure out the grind size though because the manual is kinda confusing. My only real complaint is the milk frother wand takes forever to heat up and it's a bit noisy but honestly for a 20 bar machine at this price point it's totally worth it. Definitely saves me a ton of money from going to starbucks every morning, hopefully it holds up long term.

It was a challenge to operate at first as it takes some time to get familiar and understand how to use it! Now we are loving it and using it daily! It's pretty slick….push button settings. Easy to clean. Nice water reserve as well!

The perfect espresso every time! I have had 2 other high dollar espresso machines that failed within their first year, but the Bluebow has been working like a champ. It is simple to operate - make aye to read the instructions ! I'd buy this espresso/ coffee maker again

very loud coffee machine. wakes up in the morning not by the smell of coffee, but by its hum. the first month the smell of coffee is terrible, maybe it needed to be washed, but it is already ok. I didn't return it because it was a gift. Sometimes the coffee doesn't get into the coffee grinder. When you turn it on twice, it gets mixed up.

its easy to use made a good cup of espresso and cappuccino but unfortunately the latte part didn't work and there was water under the machine every time we used it only had it for a little over a week and for the price i want everything to work and not have a puddle of water everytime i use it. if the machine had no issues i would have given it a 5 star

The buttons do not work well. I push and the coffee drips but stops after a few seconds. I have to keep pushing the button several times to get a cup of coffee.
