As someone who has worked as a barista in the past, I can say this machine works great and does exactly what I wanted. The coffee bean hopper has a good capacity, and it grinds smoothly with adjustable coarseness settings. You can manually brew espresso and steam milk to the exact level you prefer, giving you excellent control over your drinks. The milk compartment can also be steam-cleaned while milk is still inside, which is very convenient. The large water tank in the back lasts a long time before needing a refill. All the touch controls are responsive and easy to use, and a quick double tap will stop the current operation. The machine also looks sleek and stylish on the kitchen counter. Removing and reinserting the milk compartment is a bit tricky at first, but you get used to it after a couple of days. Space is a little limited for taller cups. Removing the drip tray gives about 1.25 extra inches of clearance, with a maximum cup height of around 5.5 inches. It likely won't fit most travel tumblers. The Milk frother always has some foam, great for a cappuccino or a latte with light foam. But difficult to get a no-foam latte. The price is roughly one-third of the cost of high-end models but still delivers excellent results. I also purchased a 4-year Allstate protection plan, so I'm covered for the next four years 🙂. Overall, it's a solid and reliable machine that delivers quick quality espresso and cappuccino at home with minimal cleanup afterward.

If you are a coffee fan , this is absolutely the right one to pick . There are so many options for different sizes and options of drinks . It's super easy to use and clean . My espresso comes out tasty and strong as good as the shops sell outside . Find your favorite bean and just put it in . This machine definitely makes my everyday coffee better.

Honestly I was a bit skeptical at first because of the price but this bluebow machine actually makes a really solid latte. The grinder works great and you get a nice crema on the espresso, it took me a few tries to figure out the grind size though because the manual is kinda confusing. My only real complaint is the milk frother wand takes forever to heat up and it's a bit noisy but honestly for a 20 bar machine at this price point it's totally worth it. Definitely saves me a ton of money from going to starbucks every morning, hopefully it holds up long term.

It was a challenge to operate at first as it takes some time to get familiar and understand how to use it! Now we are loving it and using it daily! It's pretty slick….push button settings. Easy to clean. Nice water reserve as well!

Easy to use and easy to set up. It will do everything for you. From grinding the beans to frothing and steaming the milk. Coffee tastes perfect almost even better than Starbucks. The grinding of the beans smells delicious.

very loud coffee machine. wakes up in the morning not by the smell of coffee, but by its hum. the first month the smell of coffee is terrible, maybe it needed to be washed, but it is already ok. I didn't return it because it was a gift. Sometimes the coffee doesn't get into the coffee grinder. When you turn it on twice, it gets mixed up.

The grains constantly get stuck in the grinder, the volume of powder produced is not standard sometimes excessive and overflows, the temperature is standard at 92°F and there is no option to increase it, heating the cup is very weak. One week used, i really not satisfied
