Very easy to use and clean Doesn't take up that much space on my counter. The milk is beautifully foamy. The temperature is tad bit not as hot as id like it but thats only because I enjoy it really hot. Its warm enough not to burn your mouth and I enjoy the options it comes with to make different types of coffee.
