Used this after much research to clear an airbag problem and it worked! So I left the key on in the ignition and it drained my battery COMPLETELY. I found that the airbag system has a computer and air pump among other parts but research suggested if you have not had a deployment of the bags than the codes could be cleared and turns out the code showed Low Voltage is all that was wrong and I was able to clear all lights and warnings! Worked well for me but much time went into research prior to purchase, successfully. Thank God.

I know nothing about how to use these things but wanted to give it a try. More out of curiosity and independence from mechanics to rule out some things before taking it in. AI was also supportive throughout the process but also there is 24/7 support from technicians if needed. It gave me useful data which narrowed down my concerns. 2015 Jeep with 100K miles. Reduced gas mileage. Recommend to someone curious and somewhat patient. Ease of use was notable.

Haven’t even received this one yet, but the reality is, the one it’s replacing was over five years old, worked flawlessly, was able to diagnose 100% of all the car issues I’ve had.… If it hadn’t been stolen, I wouldn’t be buying another one.

Heck, they don't even charge for the app. The app is free, and all of its functionality is free! If you own anything made after 1996, just buy this. Even if you haven't lifted a wrench in your life, and don't even know how to change a tire, I think you should get this. I wish I could personally thank the team who makes this product, because in a world of corporate greed and planned obsolescence, this product dares to give consumers their power back.

I had a maintenance required light on my 2021 Toyota, and the dealership wanted over $200 for the diagnostic. After buying this and Googling the code, I fixed it myself. I was able to buy the part for $80 including 2 day shipping, when others online paid $750 for the diagnostic, parts, and labor from the dealership. If I never fix another problem, it's already paid for itself and more.

This product works as marketed. Very easy to use, very handy in diagnosing codes at home or even checking out used vehicles. Love how they implement when a code pops up that you can click on the code and access information on certain causes and repairs done to fix said code. Only thing I wish they would add is in the live monitoring to see transmission fluid temperature. Amazing product though, would highly recommend!

Check light came on Bluedriver told me it was 02 sensor installed new part fixed the problem cleared the engine light it was a good day cost for part and socket tool for removal of old sensor with anti seize and dielectric grease under 75.00. Repair shop for the same fix 500.00. Great tool to keep in your glovebox . FOR SURE !

Had a few issues with the first one they sent, and it took a few calls and emails trying to figure it out, but after they’d confirmed I had a defective unit and sent me another one. I’ve had no issues. I use it at work all the time and actually prefer it over our snapon modis scanner for most things. It’s lightweight and easy to carry. The only thing I wish it had was a buzzer or something for when the car isn’t supplying signal. I’ve accidentally left it in multiple vehicles and had to have customers bring it back.
