This is a great tasting way to get oxygen in your system. Not like other products that taste like red dust. Just add water and shake and drink. Can't wait for it to go on sale.

Not the biggest dog in the yard but one of the oldest. I'm 64 y/o and been tossing plates around for awhile. This is a great product and it's not just l-arginine and l-citrulline (knowed to be a good vascular dilator even helps with erectile dysfunction) but there are several other ingredients. It also has a certain amount of niacin which is a b amino acid I believe and a lot of guys forgot about or don't know about. Niacin is very important, do a little home work and read about it, it's going to make you feel a little flush shortly after you drink it but this goes away quickly.

I like this Pre Workout Powder L-Arginine 5000mg L-Citrulline 1000mg Supplement by Blue Earth. I have noticed an energy boost after drinking it, which may or may not be due to the 250 mg of caffeine. The powder mixes easily in liquid, even plain water. The flavor is strawberry/banana, so if you aren't partial to banana flavoring you won't care for this. I'm learning to like it but it hasn't been my favorite. I haven't noticed any of the other claimed benefits because I'm not sure how to test my nitric oxide levels. It has been a decent pre-workout drink though compared to others that I've used.

This is a drink mix . . . I have a Green Apple similar one and it was awesome . . . these are not the same. This one has a bit of caffeine and sucralose . . . different stuff in each of them. But they have a lot of similar stuff as well. The banana strawberry is a little sweet and mild taste.

I really do not write reviews, but this is the best pre workout L-Arginine that I have tried so far. I have had many friends recommended different brands to me, but either the taste was terrible or cost too much or no results. With L-Arginine, it comes down to the proper ratio and takes time to see the results. This ratio of 5000mg of L-Arginine and 1000mg of L-Citrulline was recommended by my trainer, and it is what the doctors recommend as well.

Good flavor. Mixes well and no chalky taste with this one. Gives that extra bit of energy to help get through the workout. Really seems to help keep energy all the way through to the end. No problems with it giving the jitters which some of them have done.

This Pre Workout Powder L-Arginine is expensive, but your'e getting the combination of two things in one (heart health/blood pressure and pre workout). The caffeine isn't so high that you can't take it on an off day or later in the day. No noticeable jitters or crash. The strawberry banana flavor is on point! The directions say to use 1 scoop in 8-12oz of water but I use it in my 24oz water bottle and it isn't that diluted. Mixes well, no shaker bottle needed. Overall, I think that this powder is a good deal considering the fact that it has more than what you get in a basic workout powder.

Better tasting than I thought. Not too sweet and the banana flavor isn't too strong. I out more water than it says too. Seems to give me a good burst of energy with out the shakes. It taste great in a berry smoothie! No chalky feel, mixes nicely, dissolves easily.

I've used many different brands of pre workout powders previously but I don't remember ever seeing one in a strawberry banana flavor. I think that I had an expectation of a smoothie type taste from the local smoothie shop but this powder actually tastes closer to strawberry banana flavored bubble gum instead. Flavor is always super subjective so keep that in mind. I suppose that the company gets points for originality but in the end I think that I would go with another flavor instead. This powder arrived double sealed but I was unable to find a scoop in the container. I took a spoon and spend a good 5 minutes looking for a scoop and came up empty. I expected that the scoop would have settled toward the bottom of the container but no luck. The directions state to use 1 scoop but I didn't find one so instead I had to look at the label which states 14 grams per serving (which is one scoop). I found another workout powder that I already had which used a 16 gram scoop and used that scoop leaving a little room for the 2 gram difference. Given the size of the container vs the size of the suggested serving this container would not last for very long and the 30 servings stated on the label seems overly optimistic. The ingredients themselves are a good mix with no "proprietary blends. "

The first thing that I noticed is that it has a large 14 gram scoop serving. Large scoop doesn't guarantee quality pre-workout but it is nice to see after I see so many other companies use these tiny scoops that barely works. I have had more positive experiences with larger scoop preworkouts than the smaller scoop preworkouts. I prefer larger scoops as I think I am getting more quality and quantity. This preworkout also mixes very well in the water. I actually enjoyed this flavor but it tastes a little bit different than my other pre-workouts because the others always tend to be on the sweeter side. This preworkout isn't as sweet as competitors. This gave me a solid boost of energy and this is one of the few preworkouts that works really fast. It doesn't take 30 minutes to hit me like others. This gives me a clean energy boost that lasts pretty long. If you prefer that really hyper feel with real fast heartbeat, tingly feelings and sometimes itchy feeling, this won't do it for you. If I am doing some cardio where I try to keep my heart rate lower so I can run longer, I avoid any "hyper" preworkout so this preworkout would be the right choice for me with my cardio workouts.
