Easy to use. Works as it should. Better than the electric pump I was using and much less expansive! The only down side was there were no instructions on how to put it together, but there's only 2 or 3 ways you could do it so you should be able to get it through trial and error at worst case.

Clears water off cover quickly.

I love this,works great.so much easier than trying to siphon water off the pool cover with a hose. I would definitely recommend this to anybody that has a pool

Pool Supplies Superstore service was great from the ease of ordering to the speedy delivery. This product did lose some of the sand used for weight during shipping. If you tilt the base wrong it does let sand fall out. Otherwise it worked fine on a test run.

I just opened the box so i could use the blueline pool cover saver kit and found out they shipped me the wrong item. They sent me a bottle of pool first aid. It was shipped by Doheny's. They is no shipping invoice inside the box. I do not how I am suppose to notify them of the mistake. I paid $26.55 for the saver kit. I am sure that the bottle they sent me isn't even worth that. please help me solve this problem. Order number is 2000137-25823620

I bought this to replace an old one. The base unit floated, but I was able to use my old base which was substantially heavier. Then the plastic on the red bulb was too thin to pull the water through. My old product was great. The new one is garbage.

We are sending oyrs back, cause it does not work. We could only get the water to siphon halfway through the tubing an then it would not go any further. We had to YouTube to make sure we were using it correctly, cause there were no.....instructions that came w it. Very disappointing!!!
